This silent retreat will focus on exploration, guidance and the opportunity to practice meditation as described in the Buddha’s mindfulness of breathing discourse. The retreat will also include guidance in and the opportunity to develop the four divine abodes: warm benevolence, compassion, appreciative joy and equanimity.
The aims of the retreat are
- To provide the opportunity to explore and experience first-hand the cultivation of insight and serenity with mindfulness of breathing.

This retreat is suitable for people with at least some prior experience in mindfulness practice. Beginners who may be interested in the course are encouraged to first do Malcolm’s introductory online course beforehand.
