In this talk Patrick looks at Mahāsi Sayādaw’s way of “insight meditation”. This practice is meant to take us toward insight. How do we structure our practice to accomplish this? What  trajectory do we follow? And what do we mean by “insight”? These are the kind of questions we will investigate during this talk.
