Wednesday Night Talk - Livestream
with Malcolm Huxter
May 27, 2026
Impermanence, dispassion, cessation and letting go
This talk is the 6th talk of the series about the 16 steps of mindfulness of breathing. In this talk, Malcolm will address the 4th tetrad and final 4 steps of the practice as described by the Buddha. This tetrad fulfils alignment with the fourth establishment of mindfulness as it focuses on Dharmas. As far as the insight and serenity approaches go, it is clearly insight based. It will include reference to the five khanda (aggregates of form, feeling tones, perceptions, mental formations and consciousness), and being able to let go of clinging to these aggregates that make up what is called the self.
This one hour talk starts at 5pm, and people are invited to return online at 7.30pm for Q&A.
There is no fee join, but donations are greatly appreciated.
